Today, staying ahead of the competition is critical for businesses - the fight for talent is fierce, and it's quite likely that competitors are already utilising digital tools in their recruitment processes.

The employee experience is improved when technology is used to improve specific HR and recruitment activities. Furthermore, by digitising major portions of the onboarding process, HR can focus on strategic issues and assist managers with any role-specific onboarding processes. Digital technologies have also proven to be effective in assisting new staff in swiftly acclimating and adding value. Google discovered that implementing an onboarding programme increased new hire productivity by 15%. To help with assimilation, some organisations designate online mentors, while others establish orientation webpages with commonly asked questions.
